Boston Fair Trade Festival – details for vendors and others participating:
1. The event is being held in River of Life Church. River of Life Church has 35 steps leading up to the building and is not handicap accessible. Please be aware of this when bringing vending supplies/educational materials.
2. Vendors/tables will be asked to pack up promptly at 5:30 to make room for a community potluck with speakers related to fair trade. The potluck will begin at 6pm. We encourage you to consider joining us – but this is not required of participants.
3. We ask all vendors – in lieu of any vending fee – to donate an item(s) for a raffle that will be used to donate money to a fair trade cause (TBD).
4. River of Life will be open at 8:30am for setup. Doors will open to the public at 10am.
5. Food will not available for lunch in the building, but you can bring your own or visit many of the local eateries. We suggest visiting City Feed & Supply (a seller of fair trade coffee and like products – with great freshly made sandwiches) at 66 Boylston St. or Zesto’s pizza almost right next door on Centre St.
